As a Host on the K9 Off-Leash Network, your Stripe Dashboard is more than just a payment processor—it is your central "Financial Hub". It provides real-time transparency into every transaction, helping you manage your park’s earnings with ease and security.


How to Access Your Dashboard

You can access and update your financial information at any time directly through the platform:

  • The Drop-Down Menu: Click on your profile name in the top navigation bar and select Stripe Dashboard.

  • Notifications: You can also click on the alert message regarding Stripe requirements to be directed to your setup or update page.


Key Features for Managing Your Bookings

Once you are in your dashboard, you have full visibility into the lifecycle of every booking:

  • Real-Time Earnings Overview: View your total balance and recent earnings at a glance with interactive charts that show your park's performance over time.

  • Detailed Transaction History: Every guest booking is listed under Recent Transactions, showing the date, the status (e.g., "Succeeded"), and the specific breakdown of the gross charge versus the net amount you receive.

  • Payout Tracking: The dashboard clearly displays your Total Balance and the Expected Date for your next payout.

  • Historical Data: Easily filter your earnings by month or year to track the growth of your property’s off-leash bookings.


Understanding Refunds & Adjustments

Transparency is key when it comes to cancellations. If a refund is issued for a booking, your dashboard will reflect several clear line items to ensure your balance remains accurate:

  • Booking Refund: You will see a line item showing the refund sent back to the guest.

  • Fee Reversals: To ensure you aren't out of pocket, you will see corresponding payments from K9 Off-Leash Network that reverse out the original commission and Stripe fees associated with that booking.

  • Net Impact: These adjustments work together to "zero out" the transaction, ensuring your account correctly reflects only completed, successful bookings.


Managing and Updating Your Information

The Stripe Dashboard allows you to keep your business details current to ensure there are no interruptions to your service:

  • Update Banking Details: If you change bank accounts, you can revise your routing and account numbers securely within the dashboard.

  • Customize Your Descriptor: Ensure your Statement Descriptor reflects your Park Name or Business Name so guests recognize the charge on their credit card statements.
