We are thrilled to have you join our community of landowners providing safe, private spaces for dogs and their owners. To help you get started and ensure a smooth experience for your guests, here is a quick guide to setting up your park.

Setting Up Your Address (Crucial Step!) 

To ensure your property shows up correctly on our search map, please pay close attention when entering your address:

• The Drop-Down Box: As you type your address, a drop-down list will appear directly underneath the field. You must click the correct address from that drop-down list.
• Ignore "Autofill": Please ignore the suggested text that your computer or browser (like Chrome or Safari) tries to fill in for you.
• Why? This selection triggers our API Map Integration. By selecting the address from the list, the system automatically pulls the exact GPS coordinates. If you manually type it or use autofill, the map won't be able to "pin" your location, and guests won't be able to find you!

Customize Your Billing Statement 

To reduce confusion and prevent potential payment disputes, we recommend updating your Stripe Statement Descriptor.

• Action: In your Stripe settings (as seen in the image below), change the descriptor to your Park Name (e.g., "SUGAR BUSH ACRES").
• Benefit: When guests see your park name on their credit card statement instead of a generic code, they will recognize the charge immediately, preventing accidental chargebacks.

Getting Your Listing "Live"

To maintain a high-quality experience, your listing will only become visible to guests once your Stripe account is fully connected.

• How? Click on the link provided under the top navigation bar to complete your setup. This prevents guests from receiving error messages during checkout.

How Payouts Work

We handle all the payment processing and security so you don’t have to worry about cash or manual transfers.

• Frequency: Payouts are issued on a monthly basis.
• Reporting: You can track all your bookings and upcoming payouts directly through your Stripe Dashboard.
