A Clear, Friendly Guide to Using KOLN Branding Responsibly

This guide ensures Hosts represent the K9 Off‑Leash Network brand consistently, respectfully, and confidently across all materials. A unified brand builds trust, strengthens community recognition, and helps Guests feel secure and welcomed.

Approved Uses of KOLN Branding

Hosts in good standing may use K9 Off‑Leash Network branding for:

  • Business cards, flyers, and signage promoting their private dog park
  • Social media posts referencing their listing on the Platform
  • Digital listings or personal websites mentioning their affiliation with KOLN
  • Custom merchandise with prior written approval
  • Community events, booths, or presentations related to their Host activities

Note: Branding may only be used to promote your Host activities—not unrelated businesses or services.

Logo Guidelines

To protect the integrity of the KOLN brand, the logo must always be used correctly.

Do

  • Use only official logo files provided by KOLN
  • Maintain clear space around the logo (minimum 0.5× logo height)
  • Use approved versions: full colour, black, or white
  • Ensure the logo is crisp, legible, and not pixelated

Do Not

  • Stretch, crop, rotate, recolour, or add effects
  • Place the logo on busy or low‑contrast backgrounds
  • Combine the logo with other graphics or icons
  • Add outlines, shadows, filters, or animations

Minimum Size

  • Digital: 120 px width
  • Print: 1 inch width
